Brandon Pizzeria Brandon Pizzeria was opened by Jim Liburdi and Al Carapella on September 30, 2014. Jim and his family originally come from Binghamton in upstate New York and has been in the community since 1988. Jim and his wife have two sons, James and Daniel, with James involved in the day to day running of the business.
Their recipes come from northern New York with a Brooklyn influence. Some of their dishes include pizza, Sicilian pizza, phillys, wings, salads, calzones, and strombolis. Theirmenu is a bit more extensive, in fact, they have a giant pizza that probably feeds an army.
They are very community oriented. Some of the organizations they work with include the YMCA, the Brandon Cowboys, South Brandon Little League, Brandon high School, several local churches and the Brandon Leaguerettes. In fact, they will be the site for a car wash fund raiser for the Leaguerettes. They also host spirit nights where an organization can earn money.
We met Jim and James a couple of weeks ago. We have stopped to eat twice already. The surroundings are comfortable and family oriented. The food and service has been great. We highly recommend everyone stopping by and trying their favorite dishes. They have dine in, pick-up and delivery. And remember, they cater, do fundraising and school functions.
